Join us on May 3rd for the MHA on the move, 5K Run/Walk & 1 Mile Kids’ Race. Changing mental health in the community is a team effort!
Sign up to run or walk MHA’s annual 5K, MHA on the move, to support mental health initiatives in Westchester. On your own or with a team, participating in the 5K run/walk is a great way to feel good and do good.
Some you’ll be seeing on the road on May 3rd: Jackie’s Angels, ACTletics, Carebears Mind, Body and Sole and AHOY.
Together, we will change the story of mental health in Westchester. WE CAN DO THIS!
Once you register, your very own fundraising webpage is created for you. You can easily ask family and friends to support your race and help you meet your fundraising goal. All donations collected go towards creating and sustaining vital mental health services in the community.

The Harvey Cavalier Summer Camp will hold its final off season open house, Saturday, April 11, at The Harvey School, 260 Jay Street, Katonah, New York, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Camp Director Chris Del Campo says, “Only a few spots remain.”
The camp, which features fine arts, crafts, theater, dance, gymnastics, swimming, sports and ice skating, is a limited enrollment, elective program for children entering pre-K through ninth grade in September 2015. Open house visitors will have the opportunity to meet the directors and tour the facilities on the 125-acre campus of The Harvey School.

The Harvey Cavalier Camp is a not-for-profit organization that offers a day camp to children who live in Westchester, Putnam and Fairfield counties.

Thursday June 4th, NWAG will kick off the first annual Art Around Town in the Hamlet of Chappaqua. The event will pair NWAG artists with merchants in the hamlet. The opening night kick off, June 4th from 5-8 p.m. will be a lively celebration of art and community including a reception at each participating merchant with wine, food, music, and the artists will be available to discuss their work. The works will be on display until June 29th. All work is for sale via NWAG and can be picked up from the merchant where the work is displayed.
There is a $35 application fee for NWAG Members and a $90.00 application fee for non-members, which includes a one year membership. The application fee does not guarantee acceptance and is non-refundable. Applications need to be postmarked by April 17th following which the merchants will select work to display in their own committee meeting. Artists will be notified of acceptance by email on May 5th and which merchant they are paired with. The application with submission requirements is available for download at www.nwartistsguild.org
