Camp has always been the perfect place for early friendships to develop. When children with like interests are spending time together doing something they enjoy, it is easy for friendships to develop and endure. On a personal level, my best friends today are the women I spent my childhood summers with at Camp Hill Day Camp….doing gymnastics of course! www.jodisgym.com, Director, Jodi Levine

Future Stars Camps
Future Stars is a place for children to spend a fun filled, exciting summer. Campers at our Purchase College location come from all over Westchester, Fairfield and Manhattan. This gives our campers the opportunity to meet, learn, compete and above all make friends with kids beyond their own communities. www.fscamps.com, Director, Jordan Snider.
New York Rock Academy
There is no better vehicle for bonding than campers sharing a love and passion for music. Every year, musicians of every age, level of ability, bring to a band their special voice or preferred instrumental choice. Our bands are known to stay together and grow professionally for many years well past summer camp. www.musicinchappaqua.com, Director, Janet Algiere
Bet Torah– Camp Keshet
From our morning friends circle to our Camp Keshet cheer, it’s fun in the sun for everyone. Campers enjoy outdoor play, gardening, cooking, arts and crafts, music, movement, and lunch under the nurturing guidance of preschool teachers and carefully selected teen junior counselors. New Red Cross swim and musical theater after camp programs. www.bettorah.org, Director, Mindy Citera
A Boost for Small Businesses
Many group pages on Facebook discourage small businesses from promoting their products and services on their pages. So, a few months ago, the Inside Press, Inc., took matters into its own hands, and introduced Biz Boosts by the Inside Press, Inc., as a group page where small businesses could feel comfortable to freely strut their stuff. Over 400 biz boosters are on the page which continues to be a daily stream of news and announcements from entrepreneurial business people, visited by business person and consumer alike. For this edition, we asked biz boosters to hop on board and support Inside Chappaqua too with a new featured advertising page, “Biz Boosts by the Inside Press, Inc.” and at the same time help cross pollinate their branding from print to the internet and back. A number did, and I’m proud to share this first Biz Boosts page. –Grace
