Summer sessions for kids 7-16 …. A unique art experience where kids of all levels will learn, create, explore and thrive… They will have a chance to create art indoor as well as “En plein air” and stretch their imagination. Students will work with a variety of mediums such as acrylic, water color, pastels, printmaking, clay and collage.

Nutrition consultant Dina Khader, celebrating her 25th year of practice in Mount Kisco, recently had a wonderful opportunity to be a part of father & son wellness when longtime client Tom Harrison introduced his adult sons to the practice. “They have seen me follow a plan over the years to create wellness, and said, ‘You know, we want part of that too.’ They love the protocol, it has helped them, and we get to enjoy wellness together.” He added, “I have spent the last 20 years keeping this body as healthy as it can be, and Dina has helped me immensely.”
