CHAPPAQUA CHILDREN’S BOOK FESTIVAL

The Chappaqua Children’s Book Festival “CCBF”) will be taking place in Chappaqua on Saturday, October 5 from 10am-4pm. Approximately 3,000 people are expected to attend. Dawn Greenberg from Auror, and her team, have been working tirelessly on this effort. Needless to say, we would like to capture this audience for our merchants in downtown Chappaqua.

This what we’re thinking, although we are open to suggestions………………….whenever somebody makes a book fair purchase they receive a little coupon book. The cover of the coupon book will be the same as CCBF poster. Each participating merchant will get 1 page inside the coupon book for an ad &/or their discount/special for their store. Each participating merchant will be entitled to a CCBF poster to hang in their store window

To make it easier for the merchants, we will create a uniform ad for everyone. We will use the same template for everyone (with a children’s story theme),. You will need to provide certain info & a graphic. Besides making it easier for everyone, it’ll keep it consistent & clean.

The cost to participate is only $50 per merchant. This cost will cover the printing costs. The more merchants who participate, the more professional looking the coupon book will be.

This is an opportunity for downtown Chappaqua – let’s take advantage of it!
