Raymond James Financial Service: Meeting your Objectives

March 2, 2015 by The Inside Press

raymondjamesWith spring comes new beginnings and visions of the future. The ice melts, snow dissipates, temperatures rise, trees and flowers begin bloom, and the dreary days of winter become distant memories. You lay out plans for your garden, spruce up patios, and fix things around the house.

Pretty soon you’re planning vacations, and reunions with loved ones and friends. Spring is also the perfect time to sit down and go over your investment portfolio to make sure your investments are meeting your objectives and to make sure you’re prepared in case you fall ill.

It only takes one unfortunate event to ruin the rest of your new beginnings and your visions for the future. Give us a call at the Massimi Group, An Independent firm, based in Armonk. We can help you achieve what you have planned. Call us at: 914-219-5888 or visit www.massimigroup.com

Financial Asset Management Corp.: Spring Clean your Finances!

March 2, 2015 by The Inside Press

Scott-Kahan-head-shotSpring is not just the time for cleaning out closets… more importantly, it’s time to clean up your finances! According to Scott M. Kahan, Certified Financial Planner professional, President of Financial Asset Management Corp. at 26 South Greeley Avenue in Chappaqua, spring is the ideal time for getting your finances in order. When gathering the necessary documents to prepare your tax returns, you can address other financial planning needs:

  • Review your goals. College, retirement, a new home… Look at your year-end investment statements to make sure that your allocations are in line with your goals.
  • Credit card and bank statements can help you see where you’re spending money and where you can cut back to free up savings for your goals.
  • Review your mortgage interest rates to determine your refinancing options.
