Indulge in their original organic hibiscus iced tea, browse the imported French cheese or choose from unique gift items like Provence ceramics and scents and elegant French glassware and cutlery. BACKGROUND: Chef Michael Williams, a graduate of Kenyon College and the French Culinary Institute in New York City, trained for many years in some of Manhattan’s finest restaurants. Using his experience Michael branched out on his own to better express his creativity and found there was a need and opportunity to provide fine, prepared food in Westchester. The Perennial Chef,Michael Williams, has received the Westchester Magazine award for Best Prepared Foods as well as designation as one of the Top Caterers in the county.

GREATEST STRENGTHS: The Perennial Chef is dedicated to providing the best quality food for customers. Following a strong belief that natural foods are beneficial to the health of customers and provide for the best tasting results, they use antibiotic and hormone-free beef and chicken and insist upon in-house prepared stocks and sauces made without the use of artificial enhancers and bases.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: The Perennial Chef takes pride in their outstanding catering staff which provides seamless and professional service for their clients.

SPECIAL PLANS: The Perennial Chef will soon be opening a new location on Main Street in Mount Kisco, NY! They are currently breaking ground and should be open for business by September, 2012. With on-site preparation, The Perennial Chef will further expand its decadent culinary offerings. Expanding upon their philosophy of providing the best quality food for their customers, The Perennial Chef will also be making local homegrown vegetables available in its stores on a seasonal basis.
