BACKGROUND: Chef Michael Williams, a graduate of Kenyon College and the French Culinary Institute in New York City, trained for many years in some of Manhattan’s finest restaurants. Using his experience Michael branched out on his own to better express his creativity and found there was a need and opportunity to provide fine, prepared food in Westchester. The Perennial Chef,Michael Williams, has received the Westchester Magazine award for Best Prepared Foods as well as designation as one of the Top Caterers in the county.
GREATEST STRENGTHS: The Perennial Chef is dedicated to providing the best quality food for customers. Following a strong belief that natural foods are beneficial to the health of customers and provide for the best tasting results, they use antibiotic and hormone-free beef and chicken and insist upon in-house prepared stocks and sauces made without the use of artificial enhancers and bases.
