The spectacular menu includes an elegant 5 Course meal, featuring such options as, King Crab and Caviar Salad, Wild Red Shrimp, Foie Gras Terrine, Celery Gnocchi, Roasted L.I. Monkfish and Veal Breast Roulade, with wine pairings for each course. The meal ends with a showstopper Chocolate Gateau (what else would seem right on Valentine’s Day??)
