Millwood Animal Hospital: Meeting Your Pet’s Health Needs Every Day

January 27, 2012 by The Inside Press

Services: Millwood Animal Hospital is a full-service veterinary practice serving Millwood, New Castle, Ossining, Mount Kisco, Chappaqua, Yorktown Heights, and Westchester County New York. The hospital offers veterinary preventative wellness care, surgery, veterinary dental services, boarding, and medical care for cats, dogs and some pocket pets; all within a friendly and welcoming small-town atmosphere.

Greatest Strengths: “Client communication,” states Dr. Tubbs. “When that is inconsistent, routine wellness visits as well as pet-specific care recommendations can be easily overlooked. We are constantly calling and checking on our patients.” At Millwood Animal Hospital you will always get a call from a doctor explaining in detail blood results, procedures and recommendations. The two veterinarians have also instituted many different methods to communicate with clients–including phone calls, emails, texts, and personalized post cards. Their goal? To nurture the bond you share with your pet while providing him or her with the best chance at a long and healthy life.
