BACKGROUND: Dr. Vargas has practiced in Washing- ton, DC, Boston and New York. He also was a clinical instructor at the University of Maryland, College of Dental Surgery where he had the opportunity to educate the next generation of dentists. When he’s not at the office, Dr. Vargas is chasing around his 2-year-old for a diaper change, taking his shepherd/beagle mix dog, Jitterbug, for a walk, or enjoying going to various restaurants in Westchester with his wife.
