Cachaca ( pronounced: ka-sha-sa) is a Brazilian rum that is made from the pure sugar cane vs most rums that are distilled from molasses.
I have the owner of the company coming to pour some Holiday cocktails using the cachaca. That will kick off around 4:30 and run till 8:00 pm.
