Allan Schneider: Tutoring that Works

December 4, 2012 by The Inside Press

Effective Tutoring Contains Three Things.

  1. Subject matter knowledge
  2. Effective communication
  3. Identifying and employing the learning style of the student.

Our experience and collective background allows us to do all three. As tutoring professionals, we have thousands of hours of effective tutoring behind us. We build alliances with the best college placement people. We can provide the specific tutoring your child needs, optimized for your child. We can do this on a scheduled or as-needed basis and can provide multi-subject sessions, such as Geometry and Chemistry, or Pre-Calc and SAT Prep.We work across all grade levels, focusing on Math, Science, Reading/Writing, and “Learning Coaching.”.”We teach students to teach themselves”–our motto and goal.
