Thank you for checking in!  A little about me; I am the benefactor of intense Coldwell Banker Realty training as a licensed REALTOR®. With 5 generations of family in the trades here in mid to upper Westchester NY, I chose schools for economics and marketing. I then moved on to renting, owning, renovating, managing my 5 investment properties as well as representing lovely properties for clients who need more space and for those "sizing down". My specified background, keeping tech updated, may be the source of my professional confidence as a REALTOR® today. It is my pleasure to filter pertinent market data to both sellers and buyer clients in order to maximize their property potential. Most recently, I joined a local chapter Board of the Women's Council of REALTORS® supporting industry growth and service. I skate and bike as often as possible. Personally, my 2 grand children and Australian Shepard dog give me joy everyday.
